Start free trial →Signed contract · Negotiated SLA · Customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) · Data residency · Annual invoicing · Dedicated account manager
For organisations with security, compliance, or data-residency requirements that a standard SaaS contract can’t meet. Application-layer AES-256-GCM encryption protects indexed code, query history, and knowledge base content on every plan; Enterprise adds customer-managed keys, a negotiated SLA with financial penalties, and a named owner. Security review documentation is available ahead of any procurement conversation.
You’re metered on one thing — assistant actions, the artifacts our model writes. Everything else is unlimited on every paid plan.
What’s an assistant action?
One assistant action = one artifact Releap’s model wrote. Not one request — a request that produces forty artifacts uses forty actions, because it did forty artifacts’ worth of work. Every plan includes a monthly allowance. There’s no per-action price and no balance to watch.
Counts as an action
- Ask or Slackbot answer with synthesis — 1 per answer
- Release note — 1 per audience draft
- Diagram generation — 1
- KB article generated or updated — 1 each
- Video script generation — 1
- Agent MCP call that synthesises a response — 1
Free — never counted
- Answers served from retrieval alone — no synthesis
- MCP calls that return data (get_tickets, list_*) — database reads
- Import, indexing, embeddings
- Backlog health, duplicate and staleness detection
- Ticket create, edit, enrich — the core job
- Publishing, delivery, rendering, export
Solo → Team
You invite someone. Solo is one seat by design — the moment a second person needs in, Team gives you unlimited seats and puts answers in Slack for the whole team. Nobody logs in just to get one.
Team → Scale
A third application, sustained assistant volume, or IT asking for SCIM and audit export. Scale lifts you to six applications and 15,000 actions and adds the provisioning and export controls security teams ask for — still self-serve, still no sales call.
Scale → Enterprise
Procurement wants a signed contract, your security team wants customer-managed keys and data residency, and you want an SLA with teeth. Enterprise is the contract relationship that backs all of it.
Every feature, every tier — including what’s available on the free trial.

What’s an assistant action?
An assistant action is one artifact Releap’s model wrote — an answer with synthesis, a release-note draft per audience, a generated diagram, a KB article created or updated. Retrieval-only answers, imports, indexing, and ticket create/edit don’t count.
What happens if I go over my monthly actions?
You’ll never get a surprise charge. Plans are hard limits, not meters — when you reach your monthly allowance you choose to top up ($10 per 200 actions, self-serve and instant) or wait for the reset. No silent billing, no throttled quality.
Are reads over MCP counted?
Point as many agents at Releap as you like. Reading the graph over MCP never draws down your allowance, on any tier including Trial. It’s the behaviour that makes the graph valuable, and it costs effectively nothing to serve.
How is transcription billed?
Audio and video transcription is not an assistant action — it’s billed per minute of media. Included during the trial, metered on Team and Scale, and not available on Solo.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Every workspace starts with a free 30-day trial — everything unlocked, no credit card. After that, pick a flat monthly plan. You’re metered on exactly one thing: assistant actions, the artifacts Releap’s model writes for you. Seats, tickets, repositories, integrations — none of it counts.
